Philip was great! Very quick and efficient. I have kitties that are in separate rooms and he was mindful of them. Very respectful of me having to work while he was here I will. Definitely call him if I need additional service in the future!

Bryan was very professional and did an excellent job! My door needed fixing for years and he took care of it in 15 minutes. Very courteous, too.

My experience with ace handyman service has been very frustrating and disappointing. I initially spoke with Stacy (manager), let her know we live in a two-story house, gave specific details regarding the project I need help with (caulking 23 windows), sent pictures of the project, and received an estimate stating that it would take maximum 5 hours for the project. I accepted the estimate offered and scheduled an appointment. I called Stacy the day before the appointment to ensure that we are all set for the appointment. Stacy confirmed that they will show up ready for work the next day. Steve (technician) showed up next day. Steve did not bring a ladder for the job, which was essential. Steve’s behavior was very unprofessional and his tone was accusatory as if I hid the fact from ace handyman that I live in a two-story house. Steve left without doing any work or for apologizing that he did not bring the essential equipment needed for the job. 15 minutes later, Steve called me to inform that the project would now take 11 hours and the cost estimate would be more than double. I informed Steve that I had informed Stacy that I have 23 windows, I live in a double-story house, and sent detailed pictures. Steve was still extremely unprofessional and did not seem to care that ace handyman wasted so much of my time and energy. I would not like to give my business to ace handyman in the future. In my opinion, they are not professional, ethical, or customer friendly. I am sure there are way better options out there that all customers can explore. Thanks.

Unbelievably helpful, quick and friendly craftsman. Philip made adjustments to our storm door which had a few issues for over a year already. He fixed it quickly and seamlessly. The scheduling with Lily was also incredibly easy - clear and helpful communication. We will use Ace Handyman without hesitation for any project possible.

Steve did an outstanding job. He was on time he was professional. He had all of the tools that we needed. I believe I got a very, very good value for my money and I’m very glad to have learned of this service.
